Leadership is a cognitive, cultural, and relational act.

Leadership is cognitive. And cultural. And relational. And sensory.
My work sits at the intersection of all of these.

I am a learning scientist, leadership strategist, and interdisciplinary designer. I help leaders and organizations navigate complexity with tools rooted in cognitive science, adult learning theory, cultural intelligence, and identity-safe design.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across education, organizational learning, military-affiliated schools, and corporate environments. I translate research into human-centered frameworks that help people lead with clarity, adaptability, and belonging.

I am the creator of the Multilingual Mindset Diagnostic, the Belonging Architecture Assessment, the Sensory–Cognitive Belonging Ecology model, the Adaptive Judgment Framework, and the Leadership stances system. These tools shape the leadership development, coaching, and professional learning experiences I design through Laguna Terrace.
